International Shipping

* Shipping costs are definitely applicable for international shipping to locations outside India.

*International normal orders are normally processed within 10 - 15 business days from the date of orders.

*All our products are packed in secure water / tamper proof packaging.

*If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the courier.

Domestic Shipping

*Temple The Designer studio offers shipping across India through suitable courier service.

*The courier charges will be collected to the customer.

*All the normal orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of order.

*All our products are packed in secure water / tamper proof packaging.

*If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the courier.

Return / Exchange Policy

An order is eligible for return within 2-3 working days from the date of delivery.

Return and exchange are not applicable in the following cases:

*Material / Fabric is not satisfactory.
*Slight variations in color.
*Size does not fit.
* Colors have faded after washing.

Return and exchange are only applicable in the following cases:

If you received a manufacturer defective product.

If you received a product with a totally wrong color or design.

Steps for an exchange :

Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to templethedesigner@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9840306334 with the order details, return reason, unboxing video, and price tag.

All of the above are mandatory to accept the return request.

Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is compulsory.

Our customer support team will analyze the return request and approve it within 1-2 working days.

Once a return is approved, the item must be packed and shipped to the following address:

Reverse pickup is available for selected pin codes. If your pin code is not available for reverse pickup, you should return the product yourself and courier charges are refundable with a proper bill.

Once your product reaches our office, our customer support team will inform you via email or WhatsApp. Then, an exchange can be done with other products, and we will ship the new product without any charges.

We do not accept returns for an orders from countries outside India.

Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy

If you want to cancel your order, 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid when refunding.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via UPI ID or the bank account used to make the payment.

Temple The Designer Studio has full rights to cancel the order and refund your money anytime due to item unavailability ,inappropriate information such as address, contact number, name, etc.

Refund is not applicable if you receive a manufacturer defective product. Exchange is only applicable in these cases.

Pre Booking Orders

*Due to overwhelming demand for our temple the designer studio Sarees , we are now accepting pre-bookings!

*Your product will be delivered right to your doorstep within 35 to 40 working days.

*You can cancel your pre booking order before dispatch without any hassels and exchange with any other products.

*Refund is not applicabe for pre booking order.
